A Sutliff Bridge Memorial Fund has been established at Solon State Bank and Bridge Community Bank.   Any cash donations made to the Bridge Authority moving forward will be placed in this new Memorial Fund to assist us in the expected incurring costs of the removal of the span which collapsed in the river.  Funds may also go towards the resurrecting of this span on the bridge, in some fashion, if the two remaining spans are deemed safe again for pedestrian traffic.  If deemed unsafe, monies may be used to build a deck/patio area from the road to where the first pier closest the road resides.  Donation envelopes may be picked up at Baxa’s Sutliff Store & Tavern, or you may pick one up at a bank location named above.
